Job Responsibilities

Maintain and nurture relationships with the company’s existing customer base.

Provide consultation on products and services, and close quotations based on customer requirements.

Monitor project progress and assist in resolving risks/issues with relevant stakeholders.

Regularly measure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.

Develop and execute plans to expand the customer network for the company’s IT services.
-
Plan and conduct product and service consultations with customers.
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
-
Candidates with study or work experience in Japan are preferred.
-
Priority given to candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience in the offshore/IT or cloud services field, or at least 2 years of experience as a PM/BrSE in the Japanese market. (Candidates without experience but with a strong desire to learn and work in IT sales are welcome.)

Good communication, documentation, and customer interaction skills.

Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2, fluent communication.
