Job Responsibilities

Act as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) between the development team in Vietnam and Japanese clients.

Understand project details, conduct direct Q&A discussions with clients, and accurately convey project requirements to the Vietnamese team.

Manage project progress and provide regular reports to clients and management.

Perform testing and bug verification as required by the project.

Handle other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Japanese Language, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates with 3 years of experience as a Developer, QA, or BA are strongly preferred.

Experience in website or mobile app development is a plus.

Candidates with study or work experience in Japan, or prior experience working with Japanese clients, are preferred.

Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2, with good communication skills. Ability to read and write specifications and design documents in Japanese.

Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to present and explain ideas clearly.
