Job Responsibilities

Participate in web application development projects as a Full Stack Developer. Be proficient in Ruby on Rails for developing functionalities related to Admin CMS and APIs (Backend). Additionally, have knowledge and programming skills in VueJS, Python, and Golang to maintain or develop new features that integrate with AWS services.

Develop, deploy, and maintain web application features, ensuring stability and high performance.

Experience working with AWS, including handling infrastructure and AWS service-related tasks.

Contribute to requirement analysis, system design, and development planning.

Participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure product quality.

Continuously update and improve the codebase to enhance performance and security.

Support and mentor other team members.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related libraries such as Redux and Webpack.

Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Experience with additional programming languages like Python and Golang.

Familiarity with development tools and workflows such as Git, CI/CD, and Docker.

Experience in backend performance optimization.

Experience working with AWS, especially with basic operational knowledge, is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English or Japanese is an advantage.
