Unity Developer

Job Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain games/applications on the Unity platform for VR/AR/MR.
Collaborate with the design team (graphic designers, artists) to bring ideas to life as practical products.
Research, apply, and share new technologies and trends related to Unity and interactive game/app development.
Design software architecture, optimize performance, and solve complex technical challenges within projects.
Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve team workflows.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; or equivalent experience in 3D game development or VR, AR, MR apps/games.
At least 2 years of experience with Unity and C#.
Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), code optimization, and memory management in Unity.
Strong logical thinking, good problem-solving skills, and effective teamwork.
Proactive in proposing ideas and solutions to improve team workflows and promote innovation.
High sense of responsibility and ability to deliver quality work on time.
Experience in VR/AR projects is a big advantage.
