Bridge System Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) between the development team in Vietnam and Japanese clients.

• Understand project details, conduct direct Q&A discussions with clients, and accurately convey project requirements to the Vietnamese team.

• Manage project progress and provide regular reports to clients and management.

• Perform testing and bug verification as required by the project.

• Handle other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Japanese Language, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates with 3 years of experience as a Developer, QA, or BA are strongly preferred.

• Experience in website or mobile app development is a plus.

• Candidates with study or work experience in Japan, or prior experience working with Japanese clients, are preferred.

• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2, with good communication skills. Ability to read and write specifications and design documents in Japanese.

• Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to present and explain ideas clearly.
