Python Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in web application development projects as a Full Stack Developer, using Python for the Backend and ReactJS for the Frontend-related tasks.

• Develop, deploy, and maintain web application features, ensuring stability and high performance.

• Work with AWS and handle some infrastructure-related tasks.

• Contribute to requirements analysis, system design, and development planning.

• Participate in testing and debugging to ensure product quality.

• Update and improve codebase to enhance performance and security.

• Support and mentor other team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience working with Python. Candidates with 4–5+ years of experience and previous leadership of small teams (2–10 people) are a strong plus.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related libraries such as Redux and Webpack.

• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Familiarity with development tools and processes such as Git, CI/CD, and Docker.

• Experience optimizing backend performance. Priority given to candidates with 4+ years in backend and 6 months–1 year in frontend.

• Experience with AWS; candidates with basic hands-on AWS experience are preferred.

• Other skills and requirements:

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Ability to read and understand technical documents in English or Japanese is a plus.
